Shipping policy

All sales are final. The SteakBlend beef is a perishable item and can't be returned. All orders of meat delivered to the door must be put in a freezer within one hour of delivery. All meat has been inspected by a State of Utah Iicensed inspector and was immediately frozen for freshness and health safety. If the meat for any reason is deemed non-consumable, a representative of James Franklin will inspect your purchase and bring you a replacement box with the exact amount you purchased.
